Agata Wąsowska
Agata has more than 20 years of professional experience in human resources management. She has expertise in projects in leadership, coaching and mentoring of Top Management, competence model, creating human resources strategy, team building and effectiveness appraisal. Agata has a deep understanding and experience in Assessment and Development Centre. She is a founder member of Mentoring Association “Promentor”.
Prior to Evolution she had spent 5 years working with two British consulting companies, People Partnering and Telos Partners as Senior Konsultant, on projects for BAT, PWC, PZU Życie, Reckitt Benckiser. She also worked with Leadership Development International in projects for BGŻ/Rabobank, Nordea and Ernst & Young.
Agata started her successful professional career at ORFE (European Pharmaceutical Distributor) where she managed the HR department. During the next 7 years she originated human resources strategies and policies to support and achieve corporate business objectives at Avon Cosmetics Company as Human Resources Director for Poland and the Baltic Countries. She generated Training and Development plans for the Central and Eastern Europe region and she fulfilled the role of coach for the HR Managers at the region.
Agata graduated in history and archaeology at the University of Warsaw. She also holds a degree in business management and human resources at the University of Illinois.
