Tomasz Wański
Tomasz has more than 30 years of professional experience in areas of customer service, logistics, human resources and sales.
Tomasz started his career as an engineer working as laboratory head in Automation Institute in Warsaw. Then he moved to the position of CEO in the private company developing and manufacturing specialised electronic equipment. He succsefully restructured the company and introduced new products. In 1991 Tomasz moved to Xerox for the position of Customer Services Business Manager. During his 11 years of fruitful career at Xerox Tomasz bulit Customer Service business. He run the service and logistics operation, successfully completed complex acquisition and outsourcing projects, developed customer satisfaction strategies at Company level. He created the services products portfolio and was actively selling services to customers.
For the last years Tomasz has been developing consultancy business as an independent business consultant, trainer, licence coach and mentor (Tomasz is Chairman of Mentoring Association “Promentor”. He worked for FMCG, office equipment companies, retail sales organization, banks, insurance companies helping them to develop people management and sales skills, customer related stategies and acknowledged teams. Tomasz enhance their business management capabilities and building relations with customers. He has a deep understanding and experience in development centres, building motivation schemes and staff management. He speaks English fluently and can communicate fairly in Russian, Czech, Slovak and German.
Tomasz received an MSc degree in mechanical engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and developed his skills on numerous trainings in Xerox, as well as he completed PRINCE2 Project Management training.
