Iwona Śniady
Iwona has more than 30 years of professional experience in areas of human resources, logistic, sales and marketing. She specializes in organizing human resources function in newly established businesses. Iwona has gained experience in organizations undergoing restructuring, subject to mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, dynamic development, in different environments and cultures as well as different organizational systems. Iwona has acted in different management roles at human resources departments in Europe and Asia with market leaders such as: Wizz Air, World Bank, Ving, Leroy Merlin, Avon, and ORFE. Iwona is a founder member of Mentoring Association “Promentor”.
Iwona worked as Senior Consultant with Leadership Development International in projects for BGŻ/Rabobank and Nordea and Ernst & Young as well as with The Top Career Club as Personal Coach for Career and Development. Iwona cooperate with Arthur Hunt as Project Manager for EBRD.
With her broad experience she understands the business role of HR, she is skilled at translating business goals into personnel strategy, she effectively adjusts methodology and tools to particular needs. Iwona has a very positive attitude towards life; she positively influences and energizes people around her.
Iwona holds a M.Sc. Degree in Management from the Engineering University in Kharkov (USSR).
